Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide for our senior living community, with weekend availability. You will provide friendly, efficient dining service to residents, staff and guests, and help maintain clean, safe dining areas and equipment.

Candidates must have Serv-Safe certification (or be willing to obtain it), strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Serv-Safe certification required or obtainable upon hire.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Weekend availability preferred for part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and friendly dining service to residents, staff and guests.
• Maintain sanitation and proper cleaning of dining areas and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation while ensuring safety standards.
• Keep cookware and dishware stocked and stored properly.

About the Opportunity

Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests. Assist with meeting or exceeding residents' dining expectations. Ensure proper cleaning, storage, and availability of all dining services cookware, dishware, etc. Keep food prep, dining areas and/or dish room areas clean and sanitary. Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures and high quality of food preparation and presentation.

Minimum Qualifications
