Job summary

NHS Management, LLC in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support meal service, assist with food preparation, and keep dining areas clean and sanitary.

Responsibilities

• Support meal and snack preparation, service, and delivery.
• Keep work areas, equipment, tables, and floors clean and sanitary.
• Wash dishes and utensils; collect soiled items and store clean items properly.
• Review meal trays for accuracy based on menus and diet orders.
• Store raw and leftover food safely and correctly.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Work some weekends and holidays as part of the team rotation.

Now Hiring: Dietary Aide (Part-Time)

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in supporting quality care and enjoys being part of a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Available Part-Time Shifts

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM


• Afternoon Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

(Flexible scheduling and weekend/holiday rotation required)

What You’ll Do

• Support meal and snack preparation, service, and delivery


• Keep work areas, equipment, tables, and floors clean and sanitary


• Wash dishes and utensils; collect soiled items and store clean items properly


• Review meal trays for accuracy based on menus and diet orders


• Store raw and leftover food safely and correctly


• Follow all Universal Precautions, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures


• Work some weekends and holidays as part of the team rotation

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English


• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions


• At least 18 years of age


• Reliable, dependable, and able to perform the essential functions of the role
