Job summary

Rutland Center for Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our culinary services team. You will assist in preparing and serving meals to residents in accordance with prescribed dietary needs and help maintain a clean, sanitary dining environment.

Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, delivering meals, following safety guidelines, and supporting the dietary manager and kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or food service setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Compassionate and respectful demeanor toward elderly residents.
