Job summary

Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our residents with dignity and excellence. The role involves loading carts, transporting items from the main kitchen to satellite kitchens, reading production sheets, and serving textured diets with accuracy.

You will uphold food safety and sanitation practices, assist with setting up, serving, and cleaning dining areas, and provide excellent customer service in a compassionate, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Some experience in food service industry preferred.
• Able to read and understand production sheets and menus.
• Able to lift/carry 35 lbs and move carts.

Responsibilities

• Load carts and transport items from the main kitchen to satellite kitchens.
• Identify and serve multiple textured foods and diets with accuracy.
• Set up, serve, and clean up kitchen and dining room, independently.
• Provide excellent customer service.
