Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team in Ponca City, Oklahoma. This full-time role supports resident meals, follows safety protocols, and ensures timely, accurate food service in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen equipment safely, supporting person-centered care, and assisting residents with daily dining activities while upholding facility standards and quality care guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write, speak and understand English.
• Able to withstand temperature changes in kitchen environments.
• Able to safely move hot pans and navigate kitchen spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely food service to meet residents’ needs in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain dietary equipment in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Support person-centered care by respecting resident choices and routines in daily living.
