Job summary

Crown Point Retirement Center in Sheridan, Arkansas is seeking a full-time energetic Dietary Aide to join our dining team. You will communicate effectively with residents and help provide excellent service.

Responsibilities include preparing desserts and salads, assisting with meals, transporting foods and supplies, keeping stations clean, and answering questions about the menu. We foster teamwork and empathy for our residents and are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Previous experience in nursing home food service preferred, but not required.
• Ability to plan, organize and set up trays and plates in accordance with diet orders and standards.

• Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers. Requires empathy for the elderly
