Lakewood Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to enhance the dining experience for residents. You will serve nutritious meals, assist in meal service, and ensure proper portion control in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are nutritious, palatable, and visually appealing.
• Assist in meal service in a timely and organized manner.
• Ensure food is served according to portion control procedures.
• Perform daily cleaning duties following facility policies and procedures.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and the dining room to enhance the dining experience.
• Prepare and deliver snacks and additional dietary items as needed.

Dietary Aide Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift at least 25 lbs. and carry items a minimum distance of 50 feet
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work at a fast pace with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
