Job summary

Fountain View at Logan Square seeks a part-time Dietary Aide to assist in meal preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. This position offers a competitive pay of $15.45 per hour with daily pay options.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and preferably some food service experience. You will be a key player in ensuring residents enjoy nutritious meals in a warm and welcoming environment. Join us in making a difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities for Dietary Aide:

• Assist in the kitchen with meal preparation, plating, and meal service to residents in a timely, safe, and respectful manner.
• Support the delivery of meals by ensuring residents receive appropriate dietary selections in accordance with prescribed nutritional guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, equipment, and food service spaces in compliance with safety and infection control standards.
• Follow all dietary guidelines, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements related to food safety, nutrition, and resident care.
• Work collaboratively as a team player, contributing wherever needed to support meal service and kitchen operations.
• Provide courteous, respectful interactions with residents during meal service to promote a positive dining experience.
