Job summary

Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Burlington, NJ, is seeking a Dietary Aide. Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available, including mornings and evenings, with competitive hourly pay. As part of the dietary team, you will assist in meal prep, portion meals, follow dietary guidelines, keep kitchens clean, and interact with residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior experience in food preparation or food service strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the kitchen with meal preparation, plating, and meal service to residents in a timely, safe, and respectful manner.
• Support the delivery of meals by ensuring residents receive appropriate dietary selections in accordance with prescribed nutritional guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, equipment, and food service spaces in compliance with safety and infection control standards.
• Follow all dietary guidelines, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements related to food safety, nutrition, and resident care.
• Work collaboratively as a team player, contributing wherever needed to support meal service and kitchen operations.
• Provide courteous, respectful interactions with residents during meal service to promote a positive dining experience.
