Job summary

HHS is seeking friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team in the United States. As part of the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion while providing excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include accurately matching meals to orders and diets, delivering and collecting menus, preparing cold and hot items, and upholding health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare).

Job Description

Responsibilities

Wage: $11/hour

Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner
• Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

Physical Requirements
