Londonderry Village in Palmyra, PA is seeking a Dietary Aide to nourish residents and support mealtime experiences. You will help set up dining spaces, transport meals, and serve with care, ensuring dignity and comfort for seniors.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly attitude and a willingness to learn; prior food service is a plus. Part-time shifts offered with a mix of early and evening hours; on-site dining support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a people-oriented individual who can deliver friendly service.
• Willingness to learn and assist with food service duties.
• Experience in food service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a Welcoming Space: Set up dining rooms and tables to ensure a clean, inviting environment for residents.
• Keep Things Moving: Transport food to satellite kitchens safely and efficiently.
• Serve with Heart: Deliver meals with a friendly smile and respectful attitude.
• Honor Preferences: Accommodate residents' food choices and offer alternatives when needed.
• Pitch In: Assist with basic food prep as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Reset with Care: Clear and clean tables after meals for the next service.
• Clean with Pride: Wash and store dishes and keep workspaces tidy.
• Follow the Rules: Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling policies.
