Join our team at Regency Village at Bend as a Dietary Aid/Cook and play an integral role in creating exceptional culinary experiences for our residents. If you are passionate about food, teamwork, and making a difference in the lives of our seniors through great food and service, this is the job for you!

Position: Server/Dietary Helper

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver food to residents, confirm meal satisfaction, and fill requests.
• Bus tables, change table linens, and reset tables following meal service.
• Ensure condiment and beverage containers are clean and filled.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Maintain infection control standards.
• Plate food and deliver to tables and rooms.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, tables, and chairs.
• Reset tables and fold napkins.
• Communicate appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a Food Handler's card.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Compassionate and interested in working with seniors.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment for residents.
