Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy - Norman is seeking an entry-level Dietary Aide to join a friendly, community-focused team. If you are hardworking, positive, and want a meaningful role serving residents, this position could be a great fit.

You will assist the cook, help set up dining areas, and support routine cleaning and dining service while caring for residents with kindness. We offer training, competitive pay relative to experience, and benefits including ESOP and a 401(k) with company match.

Responsibilities and Purpose

• Provide assistance to the cook in the preparation and service of meals.
• Follow cleaning schedules and performs cleaning duties as scheduled.
• Setting up the dining room and serving residents.
• Wash and store dishes.

Experience and Education

• Must have or obtain Food Handler’s Card (We can help you with this!)
• Training is provided.
• Experience in a long-term care environment preferred
