Job summary

White Oak Manor of Columbia is hiring Dietary Aides and Cooks to join a caring kitchen team. We offer flexible Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid in three installments.

You will prepare and serve meals, help with prep, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen while supporting residents with a warm dining experience. Whether you have prior experience or are eager to learn, you’ll join a friendly, collaborative group that values teamwork and compassion.
