Job summary

The Springs is seeking entry-level Dietary Aides to join our team. If you are hardworking and positive, this role provides meaningful work serving residents and supporting the meal program.

You will assist the cook, help with dining room setup, clean tasks, and help ensure a pleasant mealtime experience. We offer training, benefits for full-time employees, and opportunities for career growth through our ESOP culture.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain Food Handler’s Card (We can help you with this!)
• Training is provided.
• Experience in a long-term care environment preferred
