AM shifts are 6:00–2:30 and PM shifts are 11:00–7:30, on a 4 days on, 2 days off schedule. Located at 4401 Narrow Lane Road, Montgomery, AL 36116.

Qualifications

• Dietary aide responsibilities include assisting with meal prep and kitchen/ dining area cleanliness.
• Ability to assist in following prescribed diets and nutritional guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and tray line.

Job description

John Knox Manor is hiring a dietary aide on a 4 days on- 2 days off schedule.A Dietary Aide is a health professional whohelps prepare and cook meals for residents. Their duties include preparing food dishes, working the tray line, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. A dietary aide ensures patients menu selections are in compliance with prescribed diet order, nutritional adequacy, age, cultural background, and religious practice.

This role supports the activities of the dietary manager.

AM aides will work from 6am-2:30pm. PM aides will work from 11am-7:30pm.
