Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide in Miami to assist with meal service for residents. Duties include assembling diet trays, labeling food, delivering carts, washing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness. The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and adherence to procedures.

Experience as a dietary aide is preferred, LTC experience is a plus, and candidates should be able to work tactfully with residents, families, and staff. Daily pay is offered as a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling and checking diet trays to ensure meals meet dietary needs.
• Label and date food items properly.
• Deliver food carts and collect dishes after meals.
• Work in the dish room and wash dishes and utensils.
• Prepare and deliver snacks to nursing units.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sweep/mop floors as instructed.
• Carry out garbage disposal.

Dietary Aide NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY!

Dietary Aide Duties Include:

• Assist in assembling and checking diet trays prior to distribution to ensure all residents receive the proper meals to meet dietary needs.


• Label and date food properly


• Deliver food carts to designated areas as well as collecting food trucks when meals are finished to return to the dish room.


• Work in the dish room, wash all dishes//utensils utilizing dish machine.


• Prepare and deliver snacks to nursing units.


• Ensure the kitchen stays clean at all times, sweep/mop floors as instructed.


• Carry out garbage

Dietary Aide Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have dietary aide experience (LTC preferred but not required)


• Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, etc...


• Able to follow and understand procedures


• Positive attitude, patience and team mentality
