Job summary

HHS is seeking a Dietary Aide at Alliance Health Center to support the dietary team with meal selection, delivery, and timely service for patients.

The role requires 18+ years old, good personal hygiene, and strong English communication. Various shifts (day/evening/night) are available, with equity-based benefits and a background check prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: culinary experience in kitchens or healthcare food service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients
• Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner
• Prepare cold and hot items and condiments for meal times

Job Description

We're looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team!

As part of the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

Dietary Aide

Wage: $11.50/hour

Full-time and part-time positions available

Day/Evening/Night shifts available

Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required

Location: Alliance Health Center

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
