Job description

CareCore at Mentor - CareCore at Mentor is seeking a dependable, compassionate Full-Time Dietary Aide to help provide nutritious meals and exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly
• Serve meals to residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
• Stock supplies and assist with food storage
• Follow all food safety and infection control procedures
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure excellent resident service

Qualifications:

• Previous dietary or food service experience is preferred but not required
• Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
