Job summary

CareCore at Lima is seeking a dedicated and dependable Dietary Aide to join our team. This role helps ensure residents receive nutritious, delicious meals in a safe and welcoming environment, with on-the-job training provided.

You will assist with meal prep and tray service, serve meals according to dietary needs, maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness, and follow food safety standards. Schedules include early and mid shifts with weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary or food service experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Knowledge of modified diets is a plus.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.

We provide on-the-job training, making this a great opportunity for both experienced professionals and those new to the field.

Available Schedules:

• 5:45am-1:45pm
• 6:30am-2pm
• 2:30pm-9pm

All schedules include a weekend rotation.

Requirements:
