Job summary

Avante Group is seeking a Dietary Aide at Avante at Melbourne to assist in the preparation and service of resident meals, snacks, and beverages in compliance with standards and policies. This role supports dining services under the Dining Services Manager, with a schedule of 11:30a-8p and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Completion of High School or GED equivalency.
• At least 1 year experience in related field.

• Assist in the preparation and service of resident meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Adhere to Federal, State and Local Standards and Avante’s policies and procedures.
• Support Dining Services Manager/Assistant Dining Service Manager as directed.
