Job summary

River Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Del Norte, CO is seeking compassionate Dietary Aides to nourish and support residents with attentive meal service. You will assist with meal preparation, ensure sanitation, and follow care plans while delivering trays and helping residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred (not required).
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Committed to providing quality service with compassion and respect.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals meeting residents' dietary needs.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food prep and dining areas.
• Follow meal plans and portion guidelines.
• Deliver trays and assist residents with meal setup as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, servings, and sanitation logs.
• Uphold safety and infection control standards in all dietary tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of residents’ nutrition and well-being.
