Job summary

Mount Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our Culinary Services team. This 120-bed facility delivers compassionate meals and nourishes residents daily.

The position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday with an every-other-weekend rotation, offering day and evening shifts. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, disability and life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Food service experience preferred but on-the-job training is available
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position

Responsibilities

• Assist in serving meals that are palatable, appetizing and on a timely basis in accordance with current menu, following time and temperature standards
• Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room
• Serve food in accordance to current diet, texture and liquid consistency orders; follow established portion control procedures
• Deliver food carts, trays and other items to designated area
• Remove soiled carts and dishes from dining area upon completion of meal service
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans; return clean items to proper storage areas and ensure that they are ready for use for next meal

Schedule;

Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)

Monday through Friday, with an every-other-weekend rotation.- A combination of Day and Evening Shifts.

Dietary Aide Job Responsibilities;
