Job summary

Mount Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a Full Time Dietary Aide to join our Culinary Services team. This 120-bed facility offers short and long-term care in a warm, supportive environment and participates in the Pinnacle Customer Service Experience Award program.

Two full-time positions are available: 37.5 hours weekly, 1pm–9pm; schedule includes weekends for some shifts. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, 401K with employer contribution, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food service experience preferred but on-the-job training is available.

Responsibilities

• Assist in serving meals that are palatable, appetizing and on a timely basis in accordance with current menu, following time and temperature standards.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room.
• Serve food in accordance to current diet, texture and liquid consistency orders; follow established portion control procedures.
• Assist in checking resident meals or trays before distribution.
• Deliver food carts, trays and other items to designated area.
• Remove soiled carts and dishes from dining area upon completion of meal service.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans; return clean items to proper storage areas and ensure that they are ready for use for next meal.

Schedule;

Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)

2 Openings

FT - 37.7 hours - M thru F - every weekend - 1pm to 9pm - days off during the week.

FT - 37.7 hours - M thru F - every other weekend - 1pm to 9pm

Requirements
