Job Title: Dietary Aide

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, stock serving areas, and set up dining areas.
• Assist with meal service as required.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, appliances, work areas, and assist with cleaning dining rooms and common areas. Use dishwashers appropriately.
• Ensure proper storage and stocking of food and items, maintaining storage areas.
• Interact politely and helpfully with residents, responding to requests professionally.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to operate a dishwasher and record temperatures.
• Ability to pass TB test, drug test, and healthcare background check.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
