Dietary Aide Duties Include:

1. Assemble and check diet trays to ensure proper meals for residents.
2. Label and date food properly.
3. Deliver food carts and collect food trucks after meals.
4. Work in the dish room, wash dishes and utensils using the dish machine.
5. Prepare and deliver snacks to nursing units.
6. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping floors.
7. Manage garbage disposal.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience in LTC preferred but not required.
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Positive attitude, patience, team-oriented.

Job Details:

Prepare items on an assembly line for residents' meals and perform additional kitchen tasks.

Salary: Up to $14.50/hour
