Qualifications

• Experience in food service or dining operations.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and multi-task.
• Capable of following HACCP and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and portions food appropriately for residents.
• Prepares and portions correct amount of food as determined by meal tickets.
• Plates and serves food.
• Handles and stores food in a safe manner following HACCP SOPs.
• Sanitizes equipment and work area per schedules and procedures.
• Washes and sanitizes dishes and utensils.
• Prepares beverages including nectar, honey and pudding thick beverages.
• Distributes beverages to residents before meal times.
• Cleans tables and stocks condiments and supplies.
• Performs correct sanitary measures.

Valley View Manor is looking for a Dietary Server to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position enjoys working in a busy environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. If you have experience and a passion for food prep and strong customer service.

Hours

• Part Time
• Every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Prepares and portions food appropriately for residents.
• Prepares and portions correct amount of food as determined meal tickets
• Plates and serves food.
• Handles and stores food in a safe manner following HACCP standard operating procedures.
• Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedures.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Preparing all beverages including nectar, honey and pudding thick beverages
• Distributing beverages to residents before meal time
• Cleaning tables and stocking condiments, creamers, sugar etc.
• Performing correct sanitary measures
