Southview Acres Health Care Center is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our team. The role involves food preparation, portioning meals for residents, and serving meals in a busy health care setting. Shifts are from 3pm to 7pm, with availability noted as part-time.

Southview Acres Health Care Center is looking for a Part-Time Dietary aide to join the team!

Part Time available

Shifts: 3pm-7pm

The ideal candidate for this position has previous Dietary aide experience, enjoys working in a busy environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. Responsibilities:

• Prepares and portions food appropriately for residents.
• Prepares and portions correct amount of food as determined meal tickets
• Plates and serves food.
• Handles and stores food in a safe manner following HACCP standard operating procedures.
• Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedures.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Preparing all beverages including nectar, honey and pudding thick beverages
• Distributing beverages to residents before meal time
• Cleaning tables and stocking condiments, creamers, sugar etc.
• Performing correct sanitary measures
