Rio Grande Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support residents with nutritious meals and a safe dining experience. Your role will involve assisting with meal prep, portioning, and maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in dietary or food service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines.
• Assist with food prep, portioning and meal assembly.
• Stock supplies and maintain organized kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation regulations.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with dietary team to provide a great dining experience for residents.
