Job summary

Bay Harbor Senior Living of La Crescent is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents’ health, happiness, and daily meals. You’ll join a friendly, supportive team and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen while delivering timely service during resident dining.

This full-time role offers consistent shifts: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, with every other weekend required. A high school diploma or GED is required, and background checks will be completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Previous food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow sanitation and safety standards for food preparation, storage, equipment, and kitchen areas.
• Prepare hot and cold foods safely and on time for meal service, following recipes.
• Clean tables, equipment, and work areas to maintain a sanitary kitchen.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions.
• Communicate with lead cook to ensure daily tasks are met.
• Provide timely, pleasant, and professional service during resident dining.

What You’ll Do
