Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to deliver an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will take orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and clear tables in a timely fashion.

Role may include help with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation. Sanitation certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days is required; weekend and holiday rotations are expected.

Qualifications

• Sanitation Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience with serving in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
• Able and willing to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders, seat and assist residents, deliver meals, and remove dinnerware promptly.

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide to be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for all residents and guests. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, seating and assisting residents when needed, delivering meals, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner. May also assist with general cleaning, dishes, and food preparation.

What we're looking for:
