Dietary Aide (Food Services)

Iva Post Acute is a beautiful 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility located in Iva, near Anderson and Abbeville, South Carolina. It offers a welcoming environment where residents enjoy activities like piano music played by our talented CNAs. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team of Dietary Aides.

Our Dietary Aide will have the opportunity to provide an exceptional dining experience and develop meaningful relationships with residents.

Successful candidates will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience preferred but not required
• Experience in a healthcare facility is a plus

As a Dietary Aide, you will assist residents during one of their favorite parts of the day! Your work ensures residents receive high-quality care by providing the appropriate meal items according to dietary needs, recording temperatures to ensure food safety, and keeping the kitchen and dietary equipment clean and sanitized. Residents rely on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure their comfort and safety. Dietary Aides are also responsible for washing dishes, cleaning kitchens, removing trash, and closing kitchens.
