Job summary

Southwest LTC is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation, serving, and delivery at Hobart Nursing Center in Hobart, OK. The role upholds dietary guidelines, safety standards, and resident preferences within a clean, organized food service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in dietary services, food service, or healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation and infection control practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25–50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
