Job summary

Regency Hermiston is seeking a compassionate dietary aide to support residents with meals and service in a warm, home-like setting.

You will prepare food, plate meals, and maintain sanitation while engaging with residents, families and staff to ensure dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Compassionate and interested in working with the senior population.
• Maintain a clean, neat, safe demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Maintain infection control standards

You Currently

• Can obtain Food Handler’s card
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Lift and move up to 40 pounds
