Responsibilities

• Meal preparation: assist in preparing meals according to planned menus and dietary specifications.
• Meal service: set up resident trays, serve meals and snacks, and ensure all residents are accommodated.
• Special dietary needs: follow instructions to meet residents' dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences.
• Kitchen maintenance: wash and sanitize utensils, pots, pans, and flatware; clean and organize kitchen and dining areas.
• Inventory & supplies: receive, date, and store food deliveries; assist with inventory management.
• Safety & sanitation: follow food handling, handwashing, and sanitation procedures; maintain a safe work environment.
• Teamwork: collaborate with nursing, dietary, and other staff to address resident needs.

• Meal Service: Set up resident trays, serve meals and snacks, and ensure all residents are accommodated

• Special Dietary Needs: Follow instructions to meet residents’ dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences

• Kitchen Maintenance: Wash and sanitize utensils, pots, pans, and flatware; clean and organize kitchen and dining areas
