The role emphasizes following dietary guidelines, safety and sanitation procedures, and teamwork with cooks and dietary staff. High school diploma preferred; prior healthcare or hospitality food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up trays and ensure proper portioning and presentation of food.
• Deliver meals to residents and assist with dining room service as needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Maintain proper food storage and labeling standards.

Position Summary:

The Dietary Aide assists with meal preparation, food service, and maintaining a sanitary dining environment while delivering exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and guests.
