You will assist in meal preparation and service, set tables, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment while upholding patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities include monitoring food allergies and dietary restrictions, recording patient preferences, and reporting dietary concerns to the Dietary Manager.

• Monitor and report any food allergies, special dietary needs, or medication interactions to the Dietary Manager
• Maintain accurate records of patient food preferences, allergies, and special dietary needs
• Assist with food storage, inventory management, and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the Dietary Team to ensure efficient and effective meal service
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager
