Lynn Care Center in Front Royal, VA is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to join our caring team. You will assist with meal prep, serving residents, and maintaining clean dining and kitchen areas. Pay starts at $13.00 per hour and goes up to $15.00 per hour based on experience.

Join us to help residents enjoy mealtimes and receive friendly, compassionate service. Experience in dietary, food service, or healthcare is preferred; long-term care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and dietary requirements.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to interact professionally and compassionately with residents.

Responsabilités

• Assist with preparing and serving meals to residents.
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals.
• Deliver meals and trays to residents as needed.
• Assist with serving meals according to resident diets and preferences.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the kitchen, dining areas, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Assist with stocking food and supplies.
• Work closely with the Dietary Manager, Cook, and dietary team.
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents.
• Follow all facility policies and food service guidelines.
