Brookside Rehab & Nursing Center in Warrenton, VA is hiring a Dietary Aide to assist with preparing and serving meals to residents, while ensuring dietary requirements are followed.

You will work with the Dietary Manager, Cook, and team to keep dining areas clean, stock supplies, and deliver meals with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and dietary requirements.
• Reliable and dependable.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to interact professionally and compassionately with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and serving meals to residents

• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the kitchen, dining areas, and workspaces clean and organized
• Assist with stocking food and supplies
• Work closely with the Dietary Manager, Cook, and dietary team
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents
• Follow all facility policies and food service guidelines

Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour based on experience
