Job summary

Fitchburg Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining services for residents. This entry-level role is ideal for a reliable, team-oriented person who can learn quickly and follow directions. Duties include portioning and serving food, delivering trays, and helping with dining room upkeep and tray-line work.

No experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided. The shift requires availability between 6 am and 8 pm, and the position includes every other

Qualifications

• Ability to perform job responsibilities.
• Ability to speak English adequately to perform job.
• Must be flexible between the hours of 6 am and 8 pm.
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required.

• Working in the dish room and pot sink
• Sweeping and mopping
• Disposal of trash and recyclables
• Per Diem duties as outlined by Director of Dietary Services
