Greenbrier Village Health and Rehab in Enid, Oklahoma, is seeking a cook with at least one year of healthcare or industrial kitchen experience. Candidates must hold a current food handler's certificate and be able to pass a criminal history check.

We will train the right person. You will prepare meals per planned menus, serve appetizing dishes, assist with therapeutic diets, manage portions, and help with snacks and waste disposal.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of cooking experience in healthcare or industrial setting.
• Current food handlers’ certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal history check.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus.
• Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Prepare food for therapeutic diets in accordance with planned menus.
• Prepare and serve bedtime snacks.
• Be sure that appropriate equipment and utensils are provided with resident’s meal tray.
• Prepare and serve substitute foods to residents who refuse foods served.
• Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies.
