Job summary

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of our healthcare- and hospitality-focused client, is seeking a Dietary Aide in Englishtown, NJ to join the Dietary Services team and support daily meal preparation and service.

The ideal candidate will follow sanitation rules, adhere to menus, and work well in a team. The pay rate is $16.15 per hour with shifts 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, and benefits following waiting period.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks as needed.
• Time management to support meal service schedules and assigned workflows.
• Attention to detail and strict adherence to sanitation rules.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Serve Safe Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food according to menus and correct portion sizes as mandated by yield guides.
• Helps plan weekly meals, prepares ingredients, and chops ingredients as needed.
• Keeps food preparation areas sanitized, orderly, and compliant with required procedures.
• Performs cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment and work areas, dishwashing, and pot washing.
• Brews coffee, fills beverage machines, sets up hot and/or cold food areas, and supports tray collection/stripping for dishwashing.
