Job summary

Colonial Manor of Elma is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to join our caring team. The role involves assisting residents with meals and ensuring items meet dietary needs, while maintaining safety through proper temperatures and clean equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals and ensure dietary needs are met.
• Ensure temperatures are recorded and kitchen/dietary equipment is clean and sanitized.
• Provide high standard of care with attention to detail to keep residents comfortable and safe.

As a Dietary Aide you will assist residents with one of their favorite parts of the day! Your work ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Colonial Manor of Elma by ensuring residents receive the appropriate items for each meal in accordance to their dietary needs, ensuring the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures, and ensuring the kitchen and dietary equipment is clean and sanitized. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a tenth (10th) grade education. Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
