HHS, a private healthcare services provider, is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join the Bayhealth Hospital Kent Campus dietary team in Dover, Delaware. You will assist patients with menu selections, deliver meals, and ensure accurate orders with courteous service. This full-time, 12-hour shift role pays $16/hour.

Two shifts are available; you must be 18+, maintain hygiene, speak English, and work well in a team. Prior culinary experience is a plus.

Job Description

We're looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team!

As part of the dietary team, assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

• Wage: $16/hour - Starting Rate
• 12-hour full-time positions available
• 2 shifts available: 1 shift, Sunday to Tuesday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM; 1 shift, Wednesday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Thursday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required
• Location: Bayhealth Hospital Kent Campus

Physical Requirements

Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
