The community you’ll be caring for: 301 Memorial Medical Pkwy, Daytona Beach, 32117

The role you’ll contribute to:

Under the direct supervision of the FANS director and management team, the cashier assists in the preparation, setup, serving, and sales of food and beverages in the café. Operates the cash register. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, front-of-house equipment, and maintains safety standards.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Keep Room Service cold side stocked, cleaned, and organized.
• Prepare cold food and beverages according to recipes and production needs.
• Take inventory of nursing pantries, prepare, assemble, and stock bulk nourishments; rotate, clean, and sanitize following HACCP guidelines. Maintain daily accuracy in billing documentation.
• Serve food on tray lines, record temperatures for required items.
• Maintain the condition and cleanliness of floors, dishroom equipment, potsink, workstations, and other equipment used in duties.
• Empty department trash cans and remove trash to the dock for compacting and proper disposal.
• Set up café food stations at each meal in a timely manner.
• Keep all food and supplies restocked and attractively displayed.
