Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a motivated Dietary Aide to join our team in Crystal Lake, NJ. You will assist culinary staff, set up dining spaces, serve meals to residents, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Training is provided, with growth opportunities including learning to cook. We offer flexible scheduling across day, evening, and weekend shifts, competitive starting pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Meal preparation and service: assist with tray assembly, food prep, and serving meals and snacks per resident diets.
• Dining setup and cleanup: prepare dining rooms, deliver trays, keep dining areas tidy and comfortable.
• Kitchen sanitation and teamwork: clean and sanitize dishware, prep surfaces, and equipment; support dietary staff and maintain high care standards.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic Dietary Aide to join our amazing team. Key Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation & Service: Assist with tray assembly, food preparation, and serving nutritious, delicious meals and snacks according to resident diet plans.

• Dining Setup & Cleanup: Prepare dining rooms, deliver meal trays, and ensure resident dining areas are tidy and comfortable.

• Kitchen Sanitation: Clean and sanitize dishware, utensils, prep surfaces, and kitchen equipment in compliance with facility and state health codes.

• Team Collaboration: Support dietary supervisors and cooks while maintaining high standards of care, safety, and hygiene.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: No prior culinary experience required, we provide full training! Prior food service or healthcare experience is a plus.
