Job summary

Genesis HealthCare in Concord, NH seeks a full-time Dietary Aide to support our nursing center’s dining services. Work Wednesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, assisting with food service and ensuring residents receive meals per policies and standards.

You will safely handle food items, perform cleaning duties, deliver meals, set up trays, and prepare snacks as needed. A HS diploma is preferred; English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

SEEKING FULL-TIME DIETARY AIDE

WEDNESDAY-SATURDAY 8AM-6:30PM

The Dietary Aide provides food service assistance in the nursing center to ensure our patients/residents' dining needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.

• Safely handle food and equipment according to all policies and procedures.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties
• Deliver and retrieve food carts
• Set up meal trays and work meal tray line position
• Prepare snacks and beverages in between meal

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients/residents and visitors to meet their medical and physical needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
