Job summary

McGregor in Cleveland seeks a Dietary Aide to set tables, serve meals, and ensure accurate temperature recording. You will assist with dishwashing flow and food service during scheduled shifts, contributing to a clean, safe dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and serve food and beverages according to procedures.
• Record food and refrigeration temperatures according to procedures.
• Prepare portions and serve beverages, salads, and desserts.
• Collect soiled dishware, clean and sanitize tables, pick up debris from the floor; deliver soiled tableware to dishwashing area. Assist utility worker as needed to complete tableware washing for meal service.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays; wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks; plan ware washing in advance to ensure that all needed equipment is available.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place in designated containers; steam-clean or hose out garbage containers.
