Chestnut Park Nursing Home in Oneonta, NY is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in meals, tray delivery, and dining room service. This full-time position offers day and evening shifts with alternating weekends and holidays, and on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, tray assembly, kitchen cleaning, and supporting dishroom operations. A high school diploma or GED is required, with healthcare experience preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepares and/or assists in the preparation of meals, beverages, and snacks.
• Delivering trays and carts to resident floors and dining rooms
• Assembling resident meal trays. Working in the dish room and pot sink
• Sweeping and mopping. Disposal of trash and recyclables
• Follow proper cleaning techniques of all kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
