Overview
Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care are leading operators of assisted living and memory care communities with more than 25 locations across Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. We serve over 1,400 seniors and employ more than 1,000 staff. Our communities foster vibrant environments where older adults can thrive, contribute, and access ongoing support and opportunities.

Responsibilities

1. Set and clear tables, assist the cook, and serve residents in a professional and timely manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service, promoting a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
3. Set tables according to company standards.
4. Serve beverages to residents and guests upon request.
5. Review daily menus with residents.
6. Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, and linens from the dining area.
7. Follow quality standards and food safety practices.
8. Assist with special events, banquets, and themed meals.
9. Introduce new residents to menus, seating options, and dining hours when applicable.
10. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining equipment.
11. Foster teamwork and cooperation among staff.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
2. Food handler's permit as required by state law and/or company standards.
3. Availability to work on weekends.
